A Thought From Nadine

booksOn The Topic: Use Her, Abuse Her then Loose Her

You guys choose a very hot topic. Tread softly.
When God created man and woman, He created them equal. That does not mean that they had the same gifts an abilities or skills. They were equal meaning that TOGETHER they made ONE. They were meant to compliment each other. Man was created to be the leader, the protector, provider. Woman was created to be his help-meet, to help him, to support him in his role as leader, protector, provider. Because of sin we have twisted the meaning of what God’s ideal. Equality between men and women now means that women have the same right and abilities. Anything he can do I can do too. The feminist movement have a major role to play in the warfare. Women need to be careful about claiming independence. What do we want to be independent from? For a lot of people that means; not needing the financial support of a man, being able to take care of oneself.
Man was created to be the protector, to help his woman/wife to feel complete WITH him in Christ. Even together, if they were not in Christ they are not complete. It is Christ who completes us. Sin have changed the roles. We need to recognize that there is an assault on men so that the home, church and society be left unprotected and desolate so that the devil can have his reign. Men not recognizing that, have succumbed to the assault and the women have become the weapon in this warfare. Like the conversation that took place between Eve and the serpent, there’s a conversation going on between the devil and women – ” You know you can do that better, you know you deserve the same pay” and it goes on. Do women need to work? If it means that they are helping their men/husbands to fulfill their role, yes! If it means they are using it to prove that their men are incapable, Lord help them.
If we stop competing and start supporting we will have formed a weapon against the devil that he can’t win. Bothers need to stand and sisters need to support.

Again guy tread softly. Nice work!
